Order processing & delivery estimates
All orders for in-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of smaller items. However, some larger furniture, fire pits and wine coolers may take between 5 to 15 business days.
Whilst we aim to deliver goods quicker than the stated delivery time we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Sometimes in peak periods where we can get extra busy, you may find delivery times may take longer than usual. Please note that most of our couriers do not ship or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Delays in delivery are possible if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
For made-to-order and custom made pieces, kindly allow lead times as stated on our product pages. If you require the item urgently, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself. For larger furniture items, fire pits and wine coolers, a choice of pallet delivery or 2-man delivery service will be used to deliver your purchase to you.
Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item(s) have left the warehouse. When delivering larger items via a 2-man team, our appointed courier will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery time slot with you. When delivering via pallet delivery service, only an appointed delivery day will be notified to you - all pallet deliveries take place between 9am - 5pm of the delivery day.
Ordering process
An instant purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided to us once your order has been placed and successfully come through to us. We check our warehouse or with our suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched. When items are available to be dispatched, payment will be processed while we prepare your order for dispatch. Your payment method will have been pre-authorised at the point you receive the order confirmation.
In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we will notify you of the new estimated delivery date. Should you decide you do not wish to wait until the product is back in stock, we will remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions.
Be available for delivery and inspection of goods upon delivery
When accepting a delivery slot with our couriers you must make sure you are available, otherwise, additional delivery costs will apply when arranging for redelivery. Please also ensure that you have enough time to check over goods fully upon delivery. The consignee must check the goods on delivery and only accept goods if they are fully satisfied with the product.
Any damage claims will be declined once goods have been signed for and accepted.
Where does Salty Casa deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom).
However, there will be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
Delivery rates
We generally offer standard delivery service free of charge across UK Mainland locations. However, additional charges will be applied when delivering to 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland unless stated otherwise.
